Week #2
Franklin Shew
Franklin Shew is a Junior swimmer at Jackson High School. He is the school record holder in the 100 Butterfly and the 50 breaststroke relay split, and he is ranked in 15 of the 16 possible swimming events in the Jackson High School All Time Top 10.
Franklin is a two time state qualifier, and is a co-captain this season. He currently has the top ranked time in the county in the 200 Freestyle, 100 Butterfly, 100 Breaststroke, and 200 IM, as well as contributing a leg to the top ranked 200 Freestyle Relay.
Week #3
Leanna Myers
Leanna Myers is a Sophomore swimmer at Jackson High School. She recently broke a 14 year old school record in the 100 breaststroke at the Ned Reeb Invitational with a time of 1:05.39. She is also ranked second all time in school history in the 200 IM.
Leanna is a returning All Federal League First Team honoree. She currently has the top ranked time in the county in the 100 Breaststroke and the 200 IM, and she has helped lead the 200 Medley Relay and the 400 Freestyle Relay to the second best times in the county.
Sean Ream
Sean Ream is a sophomore swimmer at Jackson High School. He is currently ranked 8th all time in school history in the 200 and 500 Freestyle, and he has helped lead the 200 Freestyle Relay and 400 Freestyle Relay teams to the 5th best time in school history this year.
Sean is a returning All Federal League honoree. He currently has the top ranked time in the county in the 500 Freestyle, and he helped the 200 Freestyle Relay and the 400 Freestyle Relay to the top time in the county this year.
Michael Biclawski
Michael Biclawski is a senior swimmer at Jackson High School. He is a school record holder in the 200 medley relay, and he is ranked 5th all time in school history in the 50 Freestyle and 8th all time in the 100 Freestyle. He has also led the 200 Freestyle and 400 Freestyle Relays to the second best times in school history.
Michael is a co-captain this year, and is a two time returning state qualifier. He is currently ranked 2nd in the county in the 50 Freestyle, 100 Freestyle, and 100 Butterfly, and 4th in the county in the 200 Freestyle. He has also led the 200 Freestyle and 400 Freestyle Relays to the top time in the county this year.
Week #4
Kaitlyn Daiger
Kaitlyn Daiger is a senior swimmer at Jackson High School. She is a school record holder in the 200 Medley Relay and the 200 Freestyle Relay, and she is ranked 2nd all time in school history in the 100 Freestyle, 3rd all time in the 50 Freestyle, and 4th all time in the 200 Freestyle. Kaitlyn also earned All-American status as a part of the 200 Freestyle Relay during the 2012-2013 season.
Kaitlyn is a co-captain this year, and is a three time returning state qualifier. She is currently ranked 3rd in the county in the 50 Freestyle, 4th in the 100 Freestyle, 5th in the 200 IM, and 6th in the 200 Freestyle. She has also helped lead the 200 Medley Relay, 200 Freestyle Relay, and 400 Freestyle Relays to the second best times in the county.
Zachary Werstler
Zachary Werstler is a Junior swimmer at Jackson High School. He is ranked 2nd in school history in the 200 Freestyle, 3rd in the 500 Freestyle, and 6th in the 100 Backstroke. He has also helped lead the 400 Freestyle Relay to the 2nd best time in school history.
Zachary is a returning state qualifier and All-Federal League performer in swimming, and he also helped lead the cross country team to the state meet this year. He is currently ranked 2nd in the county in the 200 Freestyle, 3rd in the 100 Backstroke, 4th in the 500 Freestyle, and 5th in the 100 Freestyle. He has also helped lead the 400 Freestyle Relay to the top time in the county.
Week #7 Divers of the Week
Macey Warden
Macey became interested in diving after taking a summer clinic with her first coach Lindsey. From there she knew that diving for high school would be her next step. She began her sophomore year, after stepping down from cheerleading and track to focus on diving. Her first year did not come easy as she had to learn 11 dives and was starting from scratch. She currently holds the #1 spot for stark county girls high score in 6 and 11 dives. Macey continues to work on new dives and is hopeful to compete at the district and state level this year. Macey says the hardest part of diving is picturing the dive and executing it, "it is so much more about the mental focus than I ever imagined." In addition to diving, Macey is an honors student, a member of the Spanish Honor Society, Outdoor club, Spanish club and holds a part-time job.
Week #8
Michael McCarren
He is a returning All-Federal League honoree, and is a team captain this year. Michael is ranked 8th in school history in the 500 Freestyle, and is currently ranked 1st in Stark County in the 500 Freestyle. He is also ranked 6th in the 200 Freestyle and 9th in the 100 breaststroke in Stark County.
Week #9
Gigi Kinney
Gigi Kinney is a Junior swimmer at Jackson, and is a returning state qualifier. She is ranked 4th all time in the 200 Freestyle Relay. Gigi is currently ranked in the top 10 in Stark County in the following events: 100 Freestyle (8th), 200 Freestyle (7th), 500 Freestyle (4th), 200 Freestyle Relay (2nd) and 400 Freestyle Relay (3rd).
Ian Harty
Ian Harty is a senior swimmer and diver at Jackson. Ian is a returning state qualifier and All Federal League Performer. He is the school record holder in the 200 Medley Relay and the 50 Backstroke Split, and he is also the school record holder for a 6 dive meet. Ian also ranks 2nd in school history in the 100 backstroke and the 200 Freestyle Relay, and he is 4th in school history in the 50 Freestyle.
Currently, Ian is ranked in the following events in the Stark County Top 10: 200 Medley Relay (2nd), 200 Freestyle Relay (1st), 50 Freestyle (2nd), 100 Freestyle (8th), 200 Freestyle (10th), 100 Backstroke (5th), 6 Dives (1st) and 11 Dives (3rd).

Kaitlyn Daiger
Kaitlyn Daiger is a senior swimmer at Jackson High School. She is a school record holder in the 200 Medley Relay and the 200 Freestyle Relay, and she is ranked 2nd all time in school history in the 100 Freestyle, 3rd all time in the 50 Freestyle, and 4th all time in the 200 Freestyle. Kaitlyn also earned All-American status as a part of the 200 Freestyle Relay during the 2012-2013 season.

Zachary Werstler
Zachary Werstler is a Junior swimmer at Jackson High School. He is ranked 2nd in school history in the 200 Freestyle, 3rd in the 500 Freestyle, and 6th in the 100 Backstroke. He has also helped lead the 400 Freestyle Relay to the 2nd best time in school history.
Zachary is a returning state qualifier and All-Federal League performer in swimming, and he also helped lead the cross country team to the state meet this year. Gigi Kinney
Gigi Kinney is a Junior swimmer at Jackson, and is a returning state qualifier. She is ranked 4th all time in the 200 Freestyle Relay. Gigi is currently ranked in the top 10 in Stark County in the following events: 100 Freestyle (8th), 200 Freestyle (7th), 500 Freestyle (4th), 200 Freestyle Relay (2nd) and 400 Freestyle Relay (3rd).
Ian Harty
Ian Harty is a senior swimmer and diver at Jackson. Ian is a returning state qualifier and All Federal League Performer. He is the school record holder in the 200 Medley Relay and the 50 Backstroke Split, and he is also the school record holder for a 6 dive meet. Ian also ranks 2nd in school history in the 100 backstroke and the 200 Freestyle Relay, and he is 4th in school history in the 50 Freestyle.
