​Regular Season

SWIMMING:

​​Monday through Friday: 3:00-5:00pm  Saturday: 6:15 - 8:15am 
Sunday:   STUDY AND REST! 

Regular practices are held at Jackson Y.
​Holiday practices are at Branin and Jackson Y.
Consult calendar for schedule.
WEIGHTS:
​Monday & Tuesday: 5:20-6:20 p.m. - Saturday 8:30-9:30 am, at JHS weight room ​
DIVING:
​
​Monday through Friday: 3:30-5:30pm 
Weekends:   Meets or STUDY AND REST! ​

Diving practice is held at Perry High School unless otherwise stated by coach.
Practice Schedules
Post-Season
  • Only JV Championship & Sectional participants will practice after Jan 28th.
  • Only Sectional participants will practice after Feb 4th.
  • Only District qualifiers will practice after Feb 11th.
  • Only State qualifiers will practice after Feb 18th.
