District and state qualification
Qualifying for the Northeast Ohio District Meet, Division I
Divers compete in the Akron Sectional Meet.
Swimmers compete in the Akron South Division Section.
Boys Swimming: The top two finishers from each event in each Sectional qualify for Districts. The next 24 next best times from all of the sectionals in the district for individual events and the next best 14 at-large relay positions qualify for the District Meet. This results in a total 30 individuals and 20 relays qualifying for each event.
Boys Diving: The top sixteen finishing divers from the sectional meet qualify for Districts. There will be a total of 32 divers from both sections qualifying for the District Meet.
Girls Swimming: The top two finishers from each event in each Sectional qualify for Districts. The next 32 next best times from all of the sectionals in the district for individual events and the next best 12 at-large relay positions qualify for the District Meet. This results in a total 40 individuals and 20 relays qualifying for each event.
Girls Diving: The top sixteen finishing divers from the sectional meet qualify for Districts. There will be a total of 32 divers from both sections qualifying for the District Meet.

There are four Districts within in our State. We take part in the Northeast Ohio District Meet, Division I.
Boys Swimming: The top two finishers from our district and sixteen at-large spots from all districts qualify for the State Meet. There will be a total of 24 individuals and relays from all districts qualifying for each event.
